While the government’s order was aimed at addressing several petitions moved by medical aspirants planning to study medicine in the future, it has also presented grave problems for students already pursuing medical courses abroad. However, in a public notice dated April 23, 2018 the MCI (Medical Council of India) with approval of Government of India, Ministry of Health and family welfare, New Delhi, has now granted a one-time exemption for students who are already abroad with the intention of pursuing medical education in these foreign countries. This comes as an immense relief to these students and their anxious parents.Astute Academy’s Dr Tushar Vinod Deoras said, “The authorities have acted swiftly and decisively in this matter. This would have escalated into a very troublesome situation for Indian students and their parents, but the PMO has helped resolve the issue quickly and satisfactorily.”Earlier this year, Dr T Deoras, a very well respected, Pune-based education and career consultant, took the initiative to a write a letter to the Prime Minister of India. In this letter, Dr Deoras explained the repercussions of the government’s decision in detail, and requested that certain amendments be made within the government’s new order. These amendments were put together after speaking to various stakeholders, as well as considering suggestions from various academicians from across the globe.Dr. Tushar Vinod Deoras had specifically requested the following:That NEET exams be made mandatory only for new students going abroad and once students clear it, it should be valid for international admissions.Students pursuing BS course abroad in countries like USA, Germany, Philippines should be exempted from giving NEET as they are already out of the country.MCI should issue Conditional Eligibility certificate for students opting for BS+MD programme in USA, Philippines, Caribbean Island and many countries having USA-based education while leaving country for BS course only with a rider to get admitted for MD programme. All of the above recommendations have been favorably considered by the PMO, and have been brought into effect immediately, thus providing much-needed clarity and respite to the Indian students currently studying abroad who are planning to pursue further education in medicine. last_img read more

“Real” scores two goals in the first 16 minutes and is…

first_imgIt took Real Madrid just ten minutes to take the lead. The initiative was taken by the defender Ferlāns Mendī, who arranged the position of the shot himself and hit from the narrow angle under the crossbar, scoring his first goal in the team ranks. Just six minutes later, his compatriot Karim Benzema reached 2-0, who is one of the best snipers in the history of “Real”.Benzem, who has been in great shape since the start of the season, just like the whole Real team – no points were lost in the rest of the season, turning a two-point deficit against Barcelona into a four-point lead – was a precise counterattack. The attacker entered the penalty area, made a right move and made an excellent shot in the far corner that could not be caught by the goalkeeper. In the second half, Granada regained one goal, with Darwin Machis hitting Tibo Kurtu’s leg, but Real saved 2: 1. It was Real’s first goal in the last six matches. The owners of the field continued to have dangerous opportunities, so the three points should not be called easy. This was also proved by the cheer of head coach Zinedin Zidana, waiting for the final whistle. There are two rounds left until the end of the Spanish championship, and Real need one win or two draws to be crowned the country’s best team for the 34th time in history. The team led by Zidan has not been able to reach the Spanish title since 2017. The issue can be resolved on Thursday night by hosting Villarreal on its own square. The closest follower of Barcelona is four points behind in the tournament table. In case of an equal number of points, “Real” will be ahead, thanks to better results in mutual matches, so the Madrid team will have enough two draws in the last two matches.LaLiga 36th roundThe gameThe resultGoalkeepersOsasuna – Celtic2:1 (1:1)Galjego 23 ‘Arnaiss 90’ + 1 – Mina 10 ‘Valladolid – Barcelona0:1 (0:1)Vidals 15 ‘Atletico – Real Betis1:0 (0:0)Cost 74 ‘Spanish – Eibar0:2 (0:2)Esposito 25 ‘(11m) 36’Levante – Athletic0:2 (0:2)Bardi 71 ‘- Garcia 4’ 45 ‘+ 1Leganes – Valencia1:0 (1:0)Since 18 ‘(11m)Seville – Mallorca2:0 (1:0)Okamposs 41 ‘(11m) El Nezrī 84’Alaves – Getafe0:0Villarreal – Real Sociedad1:2 (0:0)Kazorla 85 ‘- Jose 61’ Jorente 75 ‘Granada – Real Madrid1:2 (0:2)Machiss 50 ‘- Mendy 10’ Benzema 16 ‘Tournament tableThe best goal scorersVThe teamSUNWITHGatesP1.Real Madrid 36 258366:22 83 2.Barcelona 36 247580:36 79 3.Atletico 36 1715448:26 66 4.Sevilla 36 1812653:34 66 5.Villarreal 36 1761358:47 57 6.Getafe 36 14121043:34 54 7.Real society 36 1661455:47 54 8.Athletic Bilbao 36 13121141:31 519.Valencia 36 13111245:52 5010.Granada 36 1481446:44 50 11.Osasuna 36 12121242:51 48 12.Levante 36 1271742:51 43 13.Real Betis36 9111544:56 41 14.Valladolid 36 8151329:40 39 15.Eibar 36 1091736:51 39 16.Celtic 36 7151435:46 36 17.Deportivo Alaves 36 991832:53 36 18.Leganes 36 7111826:49 32 19.Mallorca 36 952237:61 32 20.Spanish 36 592227:57 24 VSoccer playerClubGates1.L.MesiBarcelona22 (5)2.In K.BenzemaReal Madrid19 (4)3.Ž.MorenoVillarreal164.L.SvaressBarcelona15 (1)5.L.OkampossSevilla13 (4)6.J.AspassCeltic13 (5)7.R.GarsijaAthletic13 (7)8.A.BudimirsMallorca12 (2)A.MorataAtl.Madrid12 (2)last_img read more
